Tucked away in a quiet mews behind Claridge’s in the heart of Mayfair is an unusual triangular-shaped dining room, with a classic zinc bar and several other hallmarks of La Belle Époque on the Mediterranean. Impossible, you’d think, to feel such an exquisite sense of the Côte d'Azur so deep in the heart of London, but here we are. Riviera-inspired cuisine prepared à-la-minute and an intimate seafood/cocktail bar behind the main dining room: the Tomatini, the escargots, the poulet – they are never forgotten.
